Loewen Group Administration Staff Position
Our ideal candidate will:
-Care for clients with a level of professionalism and service that creates lasting relationships with Loewen Group clients that will continue on after their mortgage closes
-Have a passion for helping people, educating, going beyond only the required amount and desire to grow as a team.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
-Daily office duties such as scanning, photocopying, emailing, pre-appointment work, post-appointment surveys (mailers) & marketing & answering phones
-Re-enforcing the engine of the office; you will ensure that daily activities run smooth Including: periodically charming customers over the phone before appropriately redirecting their call
-Ad hoc duties as required by the Office Manager and company President.
-Help monitor pre-approvals, deals in process & close files on completion
-Contacting clients for their birthdays, mortgage anniversaries & as needed
The successful candidate will:
-Have established communication skills both written & verbal
-Possessing an understanding of mortgage lending is of benefit, however NOT required – strong desire to learn however is required as we’ll teach you the Loewen Group way.
-Be committed to providing world-class customer service. (we love our clients and want you to share that same love)
-Be proficient in typing, use of basic applications and computer literacy
-Manage time and tasks efficiently & ability to multi-task
-Have a team mentality & maintain a positive attitude

Base Range $34,500-$38,500 + bonus / commissions combination + benefits
-2 weeks Starting paid vacation eligible after 90 days probation
